The main ingredients in the 2 products are: 



There are at least 20 billion live bacteria in each capsule or sachet.

The other ingredient in the capsule is inulin; while in the sachet it is fructooligosaccharide (FOS).  Inulin and FOS are natural dietary fibres, which in correct amounts, become a “prebiotic” and act as food for live bacteria to grow.

Both do not contain yeast, sodium, preservatives, artificial food colouring, artificial flavouring, sweeteners or added sugar.  They are vegetarian products and are cow milk protein- and gluten-free. The ingredients are all natural.
