真菌毒素

有些最為常見致癌的毒素是由真菌所產生的。這類毒素之中，有壹種名為黃曲黴毒素的，可於發黴的花生及穀類中找到。被餵飼發黴穀類的家畜，會把這毒素吸收進它們的器官、奶及肉內。

已有許多相關研究證明，珠珠益生菌可有效地限制及移除黃曲黴毒素。
